Job Details: Join our clients thriving and fully independent veterinary clinic which boasts two prestigious locations close by to one another. With a close-knit team of approximately 65 members, including dedicated Vets, Nurses, and Commercial Support staff, they are proud to be marking 11 successful years since their establishment in May 2024.

They are currently seeking Small Animal Veterinary Surgeons to join their dynamic team. Whether you’re a recent graduate, soon-to-be graduate, or a seasoned professional with years of experience, they welcome your application. If you hold certificates, that’s fantastic – they provide the top-notch equipment and client base necessary to utilise your expertise to the fullest.

Throughout their 11-year journey, they have nurtured numerous veterinary careers, emphasising a clearly defined career path for each member of the team. Many of their new graduate vets have progressed into residencies or pursued further certifications. Some have taken breaks for travel and returned, while others have reached partner level or chosen flexible working arrangements to balance family life with their veterinary careers. Every role here is unique and evolves alongside you.

Their state-of-the-art equipment includes a full lab, advanced cardio-level ultrasound, DR X-Ray, CT, scopes, and dental X-Ray machines. Consultation times are a minimum of 20 minutes for routine cases, with longer durations for complex cases.

Our client maintain a clear and effective rota system to balance workloads and provide ample time for surgical procedures. With over half of our veterinary team holding certificates and many others actively pursuing certifications, you’ll be surrounded by talented colleagues eager to support your growth. They prioritise work-life balance, with over an hour allocated for lunch breaks and dedicated time each day for returning client calls. Their CPD budget is uncapped, ensuring continuous professional development opportunities for all team members.

Full or part-time, standard rota but this can flexible. 3 days per week could be an option if someone preferred this.
