Job Details: Our fantastic client are seeking a motivated and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon who resonates with their commitment to delivering top-notch first opinion care. RCVS registration is a must, along with a strong dedication to upholding high standards of care, ideally with experience in consultations and surgeries. They value self-motivation, confidence, and teamwork, and prioritise maintaining the highest standards in client and patient care. 

Our client provides flexible working patterns that adapt to your lifestyle. Whether you need to adjust your rota hours to accommodate school holidays, coordinate with school runs, or simply find that perfect balance between home and work life, they have got you covered. Their full-time rota involves working four long days per week from 9AM am to 7PM, with no more than one in three Saturday mornings from 9AM to PM (Time Off In Lieu provided). However, they are open to discussing part-time hours with interested candidates. 

You will be joining a 100% small animal practice, handling a diverse caseload. With a forward-thinking mindset, they embrace inclusivity in their approach to change. Thorough case management is their priority, recognising the significance of continuity for clients, patients, and clinicians alike. Their practice boasts a devoted client base, with many longstanding relationships spanning numerous years.
