Job Details: Are you looking for a small animal vet position with a focus on surgery, no OOH work and a great work/life balance? Our client might have a great role for you.

Our client prioritises the balance between work and personal life as essential for a happy, thriving team. With their client base expanding, they are seeking an additional veterinary surgeon with a focus on surgical procedures to join their dynamic team. They value thorough case management and encourage continuity of care. Their standard 15-minute consults can be extended to 30+ minutes for complex cases.

In return, they offer flexible work patterns or contracted hours designed to optimise your work-life balance. You’ll enjoy a modern practice environment following a full refurbishment, equipped with dental and digital X-ray, orthopaedic tools, and ultrasound facilities. Your role will encompass two of their practices.

You’ll collaborate with our experienced team of six vets, including Certificate holders and Vet GDPs, alongside eight skilled RVNs and dedicated support staff. This bustling environment will expose you to a diverse caseload spanning surgical and medical cases.

They prioritise employee well-being, ensuring protected break and admin times for their team. Additionally, they provide access to CVS Refresh for team perks and rewards.

Our client accommodate flexible working arrangements of up to 40 hours per week, including one Saturday in six, with no out-of-hours duties. Join them and experience a fulfilling career with a supportive team.

Package:
