Job Details: This Veterinary Surgery are passionately dedicated to delivering the highest quality of care to their clients. Conveniently located near the M53 and M56 motorways, both practices offer fast connections to Liverpool, Chester, and North Wales.

Both of their sites hold RCVS Small Animal GP accreditation and are extensively equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including multi-parameter anaesthetic monitors, flexible and video endoscopy, two-year-old ultrasound machines capable of cardiac work, diathermy, bair huggers, infusion pumps, and digital radiography.

They are currently seeking a New Graduate Vet to join their team. As part of their team, you will be supported by the Practice Director, three Vets – one being a Certificate holder, 4.5 RVNs, and an excellent clinical support team across both sites.

In addition to enjoying their modern facilities and well-equipped practice, with a diverse caseload, you will have access to a range of benefits and their specially designed New Graduate program. This program ensures you have the right support network in practice, with an experienced clinical mentor working alongside you. These sessions also provide an excellent opportunity for you to share experiences with fellow graduates. Join them for a rewarding experience of growth and learning in a supportive veterinary environment.

Package:

  • 10 CPD days a year covering both clinical and non-clinical skills and tailored to your clinical role.
  • A committed and trained clinical buddy working alongside you in practice, with regular meetings to support your transition from student to qualified vet.

  • Employee Assistance Programme: 24/7 365 days a year helpline to support you and your immediate family when you need it the most.
  • Discounted UK gym membership with Gym Flex.
  • Internal transfers – with a network of over 500 practices we can support you should you need to relocate
  • Recommend a Friend – Financial bonus up to £5000!
  • No financial tie-in beyond completion of the programme.
  • Up to 7 weeks annual leave plus Bank Holidays (or equivalent) with our Buy/Sell holiday scheme – allowing you to purchase an additional two weeks of annual leave
