Small Animal Vet Surgeon Job, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, England

Job Description:  Our client is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join their dedicated and supportive team. This exciting role is based at their branch surgery and offers the opportunity to work with extremely loyal clients who value close bonds with their Vets. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical and communication skills, alongside a people-oriented approach, supporting and guiding colleagues.

The role is located 19 minutes East of Aylesbury.

There is the option to work solely at the branch surgery or combine work with their hospital. The clinic offers flexible rota patterns and working hours to support a healthy work-life balance. Vets typically work a four-day week, with options for part-time roles or different daily schedules.

The hospital provides facilities including dental X-rays, an in-house laboratory, endoscopy, ultrasound, and digital x-ray. The team consists of friendly, forward-thinking professionals including Vets, nurses, and auxiliary staff. With a varied and rewarding caseload, there are opportunities for further qualifications and support for less experienced team members.

The clinic is actively involved in supporting local events and fundraising activities, fostering a sense of community. Staff members often participate in charity events such as parachute jumps, exemplifying the team’s spirit and camaraderie.
