Job Details: Has COVID changed your perspective on work-life balance? This is one not to be missed! This Independent Mixed Practice with a fantastic and experienced team of certificate holding vets are seeking to add a new vet to their team, situated in the beautiful corner of North Cork.
They pride themselves on being an independent, progressive practice with a collaborative approach to cases encouraged. Every member of the team is happy to offer advice and support over a cup of coffee. They welcome new ideas and want every team member to be fully invested in the quality of service they provide. They have achieved Registered Veterinary Hospital status in both of their modern, well equipped branches.
The caseload is 70% large/ 30% small animal but their small animal caseload is ever growing and need a mixed vet to help manage the caseload. All their mixed vets do a bit of everything, but there is scope for further pursuing your own interests.
OOH rota is 1 in 5 with an experienced vet (usually one of the partners in the practice) designated for back-up duties when you are on call. Located 50 minutes from Cork City and 25 minutes from Killarney, so there are opportunities for a good social life.
