Job Details: An exciting and rare opportunity has became available at our clients practice in Ashburton. They are seeking a highly skilled LA vet to lead their team. This role offers an exciting challenge for someone passionate about driving performance, growth and development within an energetic veterinary practice. 

As the lead of their clinic’s vets and technicians, you will have a primary responsibility for their development, recruitment, and performance management. You will also have the chance to take on a significant role in developing their people and business in Canterbury, particularly LA, and finding new possibilities for delivering value to sheep, beef and deer systems.

Working closely with regional management, the General Manager Clinic Operations and the Agri Business Manager, your key mission will be leading the change management project to transform them offering to LA clients. To tackle this challenge, you will need to promote animal and farm management consultancy level vet services with a growing team of new and experienced LA vets and technicians.
