They are actively searching for a highly skilled Large Animal (LA) vet to take on a leadership role within their team. As the leader of the clinic’s veterinarians and technicians, you will shoulder primary responsibility for their development, recruitment, and performance management. Moreover, you will play a significant role in fostering the growth of their people and business in Canterbury, with a particular focus on LA, and exploring innovative avenues for delivering value to sheep, beef, and deer systems.
Working closely with regional management, the General Manager of Clinic Operations, and the Agri Business Manager, your key mission will be to lead a change management project aimed at transforming services for LA clients. To tackle this challenge successfully, you will need to promote animal and farm management consultancy-level vet services, working with a growing team of both new and experienced LA vets and technicians.
