Job Details: Our client in London are seeking a Head Veterinary Nurse to join their team. They fully support their nurses in completing certificates to further their knowledge, and offer supportive, engaging career pathways.
In this role you will assist with financial and operational performance of your practice as well as the overall team performance and engagement. You’ll take pride in the delivery of exceptional clinical quality and care, encouraging a progressive clinical culture.
Skills and Experience:
They are looking for someone with leadership qualities, approachability, outstanding organisational skills and a passion for getting the best out of people.
Ideally two years post-qualification experience, although previous work as an HVN is not essential. Clinical coaching experience or willingness to become a Clinical Coach is essential.
A driving licence is essential and the surgery has a van for regular transport of patients.
