Job Details:Our client are increasing their leadership team and have 2 full time lead nurse positions available! The lead nurse is responsible for leading the nursing and auxiliary team on shift including performance management and clinical development of the nursing and auxiliary team. All of their lead nurses participate in the direct nursing care of patients. The lead nurse working alongside their lead receptionist will ensure a high level of client care is given by all staff while also ensuring clinical floor efficiency and a seamless flow of patients through the hospital. A highly effective veterinary team, with dedicated roles on shift and are supported by their Animal Care Assistants and Receptionist. Their full time positions are a reduced working week of an average of 33 hours per week to ensure a good work life balance. Roster includes 12/13 hour midweek over night shifts and weekend nights or days.Possibility of accommodation if required

Requirements:

3 years minimum experience working as a Registered Veterinary Nurse
Previous experience within a leadership role able to demonstrate clinical and leadership credibility
Strong ability to communicate effectively under pressure and set direction
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Ability to multi-task and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment
A highly motivated and effective team player

Job Details:Our client in County Kildare are looking for a Vet Surgeon to join their team. Theyare based within a modern purpose built building with the most up to date facilities. Theyhave three consult rooms, two surgery suites, intensive care unit, in house lab and ultrasound scanner. Theyare an accredited hospital registered with the Veterinary Council of Irelands practice accreditation scheme. You will enjoy a varied caseload. Theyknow that staff wellbeing and having time to switch off at home is essential, therefore theyhave theirown OOHs team meaning for this role, no OOH work is required.

Full-time position
40 hours per week
1 in 3 Saturday mornings
