Job Description: Our client is seeking a board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Surgeon to join a progressive referral and emergency centre offering advanced facilities and a collaborative clinical environment. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a purpose-built hospital designed to support high-level specialist care and continued service expansion.

You will join a multidisciplinary team managing complex referral cases, with access to advanced imaging and surgical resources. The practice is focused on developing specialist services, providing a strong platform for you to deliver advanced procedures while contributing to clinical growth in a supportive and 

Responsibilities:

  • Performing advanced soft tissue and orthopaedic surgical procedures
  • Collaborating with specialists and emergency clinicians on complex cases
  • Managing surgical cases from consultation through to post-operative care
  • Utilising advanced diagnostic imaging to support surgical planning
  • Providing mentorship and clinical guidance to colleagues and support staff

Qualifications Needed:

  • Board-certified or residency-trained in Veterinary Surgery
  • DVM or equivalent qualification with eligibility to practice in Michigan
  • Strong surgical expertise within a referral or specialist environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care
