Job Description: Our client is seeking a full-time Veterinary Surgeon to join a recently refurbished small animal practice offering strong clinical autonomy, a well-equipped setting, and the opportunity to take ownership of a varied caseload. This position is ideal for a confident vet who is comfortable with sole charge and keen to develop their clinical interests with support for further learning.
Qualifications Needed:
- MRCVS qualified Veterinary Surgeon
- Sole charge experience essential
- Confident managing consults, surgery, and client treatment plans
- Strong commitment to clinical standards and patient care
- Team-focused attitude with clear communication skills
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing your own caseload with clinical independence
- Delivering consultations and surgical care to a high standard
- Creating tailored treatment plans and discussing options with clients
- Working collaboratively with the wider clinical team
- Supporting continued development within the practice through shared skills
Package:
