After a recent change in owners our clients are looking for another vet colleague to join their growing team.
Good mental health is very important to our client, and we understand that wellbeing and a good work life balance should come first so they are offering this role with a genuinely flexible rota. That means that if you’re looking for school time hours only, or maybe fewer days but longer shifts or something slightly different, they will be happy to consider your requirements. There are no OOH with this role and currently, no weekends either!
They also make sure they have a clear diary structure with 15-minute consults as standard and including a daily huddle with time to share their thoughts and ideas.
In joining their team and supporting a great community and client base, they are looking for a colleague with solid GP experience, a team player with great communication skills and someone that shares their passion for providing the highest level of veterinary care. A surgical bias would also be desirable but is not essential.
