Job Description: Our client is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to become part of an established small animal team offering a varied first-opinion caseload and strong opportunities for continued professional development. The role is structured around a 40-hour, four-day working week with a consistent weekday off, minimal sole charge and no out-of-hours requirements. A 1-in-4 Saturday rota applies, providing a predictable schedule and plenty of time away from work. Further qualifications are actively encouraged, with dedicated support available for vets wishing to pursue certificate-level study.
