Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Small Animal Vet Surgeon to join a busy and well-established London practice. This full-time opportunity offers genuine clinical autonomy, allowing you to manage cases from consultation through to surgery with the support of an experienced nursing team and access to advanced diagnostics.
The role is ideal for a veterinary surgeon with at least five years’ experience who is confident handling a varied caseload and enjoys working within a collaborative, close-knit team. You will take an active role in consultations and procedures while contributing to a culture of high clinical standards and compassionate client care.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing medical and surgical cases independently
- Developing clear treatment plans and communicating effectively with clients
- Maintaining excellent clinical records and regulatory compliance
- Participating in a shared Saturday, on-call and bank holiday rota
- Supporting a positive and collaborative team environment
Qualifications Needed:
- MRCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Minimum five years’ small animal practice experience
- Confident in routine and more advanced surgical procedures
- Strong communication and case management skills
- Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous development
