Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Small Animal Vet Surgeon to join a supportive first-opinion team, with full-time and part-time patterns available. This role would suit a confident vet who enjoys clinical autonomy, regular operating time, and working within a well-resourced practice where case continuity and team support are prioritised.
The position offers a balanced working pattern with no out-of-hours duties, no sole charge, and a set operating day each week. With access to experienced colleagues, certificate-holder support, and a varied small animal caseload, this is a strong opportunity for a vet looking for both stability and progression.
Qualifications Needed:
- RCVS registration or eligibility to register as a Veterinary Surgeon in the UK
- Ideally 2+ years of small animal clinical experience
- Confident managing consultations, routine procedures, diagnostics, and surgical cases
- Comfortable working collaboratively within a multi-vet setting
- Strong communication skills with a caring and practical approach to client service
