Qualifications Needed:
- RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon with a strong small animal GP background
- Certificate holder, working towards a certificate, or keen to begin one
- Confident managing medical and surgical cases independently
- Able to support junior colleagues where needed
- Enthusiastic about clinical leadership, high standards, and team collaboration
