Job Description: Our client is seeking a Small Animal Vet Surgeon to join a supportive first-opinion practice focused on delivering consistently high standards of patient care and client service. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an MRCVS who enjoys a varied clinical workload and values collaborative working within a professional, team-focused environment.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for consultations, treatment planning and surgical care while maintaining strong communication with clients throughout each case. The role will also include some weekend and Bank Holiday work as required, offering a varied schedule alongside opportunities for continued clinical development.
Qualifications Needed:
- Qualified MRCVS with a strong commitment to clinical excellence
- Confident managing consultations and routine surgical cases
- Clear and compassionate client communication skills
- Collaborative approach to working with veterinary and support colleagues
- Flexibility to participate in weekend and Bank Holiday working
