Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join an established small animal team as they move into modern new premises. This position offers the opportunity to manage an individual caseload while having experienced colleagues available for clinical support when required. The role can include consultations, diagnostics and routine surgery, although a consulting-focused position may also be considered.
Working arrangements are highly flexible, with between 25 and 40 hours per week available and flexibility around both hours and days. There are no out-of-hours or call-out responsibilities, while Saturdays are shared on a 1-in-3 rota. The successful candidate should be comfortable with sole charge and enjoy building lasting relationships with clients while contributing positively to the development of colleagues.
