Job Description: Our client is seeking a Small Animal Vet Surgeon to join a friendly multi-site team offering a broad mix of first-opinion medicine and surgery. The role is particularly well suited to a confident GP vet who is comfortable handling routine medical and surgical cases and enjoys the variety that comes with working across more than one practice.
The successful candidate will have access to digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, hydrotherapy and laser therapy, alongside separate dog and cat facilities. There is also strong clinical support from experienced vets and nurses with interests including emergency and critical care, soft tissue surgery and rehabilitation, creating good scope to develop individual clinical interests over time.
Qualifications Needed:
- MRCVS registration with confidence in small animal general practice
- Ability to manage routine medical and surgical cases independently
- Comfort working across different practice sites
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach
- Interest in developing further clinical expertise
