Qualifications Needed:
- MRCVS registration or eligibility to register is required
- Strong GP experience with confidence in sole charge work
- Comfortable managing consultations, routine surgery, and ongoing cases
- Clear communication style with a client-focused approach
- Interest in helping develop caseload and clinical standards over time
