Job Description: Our client is seeking a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly and progressive practice in Huddersfield. This role offers the opportunity to work within a well-established, multi-disciplinary team committed to delivering high clinical standards and continuous professional development. 

This position is ideal for an experienced veterinarian who is confident managing a varied caseload and may be interested in progressing into a leadership role in the future. You will be supported by a collaborative team and modern facilities, enabling you to provide high-quality patient care while developing your clinical skills. 

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing consultations and preventative care for companion animals  
  • Managing medical cases and performing diagnostic investigations  
  • Carrying out routine and advanced surgical procedures  
  • Collaborating with veterinary nurses and support staff  
  • Building strong client relationships and delivering excellent patient care  

Qualifications Needed:

  • Veterinary degree eligible for registration in England  
  • Experience in small animal practice preferred  
  • Strong clinical and surgical skills  
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities  
  • Commitment to delivering high standards of patient and client care
