Job Description: Our client is seeking a Small Animal Vet Surgeon to join a well-established first-opinion hospital team, with full-time hours available and part-time flexibility also considered. This role would suit a confident vet who enjoys working across a varied caseload, supporting case continuity, and being part of a collaborative clinical environment.
The position offers access to strong facilities including digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, laparoscopy instruments, and visiting CT. With overnight hospitalisation, shared on-call responsibility, and opportunities to support newer vets, this is a strong role for someone who enjoys teamwork, development, and keeping cases well managed in-house.
Qualifications Needed:
- RCVS registration or eligibility to register as a Veterinary Surgeon in the UK
- Confident small animal GP experience across consultations, diagnostics, and surgery
- Comfortable taking part in shared on-call and weekend duties
- Able to support newer graduate vets when required
- Strong team approach with clear client communication skills
