Qualifications Needed:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine commitment to client relationships and animal welfare
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team

Package:

  • Funded certificate opportunities alongside structured support for advancing clinical interests
  • Five weeks of annual holiday plus bank holidays, with additional entitlement linked to service
  • A four-day working schedule with a one-in-six weekend rota and consideration for flexible arrangements
  • Private healthcare cover and a health cash plan available from the beginning of employment
  • Professional membership costs covered, including RCVS, VDS and BVA subscriptions
  • Annual continuing education funding of £1,500 together with three dedicated paid study days
  • Life assurance protection equivalent to three times annual salary
  • An additional paid personal day, with potential access to extended career-break arrangements
  • Commuting benefits including cycle purchase assistance and public transport season ticket support
