Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Small Animal Vet Surgeon to join a busy and well-established clinic on a part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and well-equipped practice, delivering high-quality care while maintaining a flexible and balanced schedule.

This position is ideal for a confident veterinarian who enjoys working in a collaborative environment with access to a strong clinical support network. You will be part of a wider team across multiple sites, allowing for knowledge sharing and continued professional development while focusing on delivering excellent patient outcomes.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing consultations and preventative care for companion animals  
  • Managing medical cases and developing appropriate treatment plans  
  • Performing routine surgical procedures and clinical treatments  
  • Working collaboratively with the wider veterinary and nursing team  
  • Building strong relationships with clients through clear communication  

Qualifications Needed:

  • Veterinary degree eligible for registration in Ireland  
  • Previous experience in small animal practice required  
  • Confidence in both medical and routine surgical procedures  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
