Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Small Animal Vet Surgeon to join a supportive multi-vet team offering a broad mix of consulting, surgery, inpatient care and emergency case exposure. The position is well suited to a confident clinician who can work independently across both medicine and surgery while making use of a strong range of diagnostic and surgical equipment.
The role can be shaped around individual clinical interests, whether these lean towards surgery, medicine or a varied GP caseload. Full-time hours are worked across four days, while part-time applications are also welcomed, with no out-of-hours or bank holiday duties and only occasional Saturday morning participation.
Qualifications Needed:
- MRCVS registration with solid small animal practice experience
- Confidence working independently across medical and surgical cases
- Ability to manage a varied first-opinion caseload without routine clinical support
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to team working
- Interest in developing further expertise through certificates or focused CPD
Package:
- Four-day working week for full-time veterinarians
