Job Description: Our client is seeking a full-time Veterinary Surgeon to take on a high-autonomy role within a well-equipped small animal practice. This opportunity would suit an experienced and confident vet who is comfortable with sole charge, enjoys developing strong client relationships, and wants the freedom to shape their own clinical focus.
The position offers a varied caseload across consults, surgery, diagnostics, and ongoing case management, with scope to develop medical or surgical interests over time. Part-time hours may also be considered for the right candidate.
Qualifications Needed:
- MRCVS qualified Veterinary Surgeon
- Sole charge confidence is essential
- Experienced vet ready to lead, develop, and inspire
- Strong client communication and treatment planning skills
- Interest in growing a personal caseload or clinical area of focus
Package:
- Full-time 40-hour week across 4 days
- Part-time hours may be considered
- 1 in 3 Saturdays or 1 in 6 full weekends
- No out-of-hours requirement
