Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Small Animal Vet Surgeon to join a supportive first-opinion team on a part-time basis. This role would suit a confident vet who enjoys a varied small animal caseload, values clinical freedom, and brings a thoughtful approach to both patient care and client communication.
The position offers a collaborative environment with a stable team, strong case work-up standards, and encouragement to develop individual clinical interests. With no on-call or out-of-hours requirement, this opportunity provides a balanced rota alongside access to further learning and professional growth.
Qualifications Needed:
- RCVS registration or eligibility to register as a Veterinary Surgeon in the UK
- Previous small animal clinic experience with confidence across consultations and routine procedures
- Comfortable with some sole charge responsibilities when required
- Strong client care skills with a calm and reassuring communication style
- Keen to keep developing clinical interests within a supportive team setting
