Job Description: Our client is seeking a compassionate Small Animal Vet Surgeon to join a friendly first-opinion team in a full-time role. The position offers a 4-day week within a brand-new, purpose-built practice, with access to digital x-ray, dental x-ray, and separate cat and dog wards. Qualifications Needed:
- RCVS registration or eligibility to register as a Veterinary Surgeon in the UK
- Confident GP small animal experience across medicine, diagnostics, and surgery
- Comfortable managing a varied first-opinion caseload with clinical autonomy
- Strong communication skills with a calm and reassuring approach to clients
- Team-focused attitude with an interest in supporting colleagues and clinical standards
