Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Small Animal Vet Surgeon to join a well-established practice in a role that combines clinical work with leadership responsibilities. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys mentoring colleagues and contributing to a collaborative and supportive environment. In this position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading clinical standards and supporting team development
  • Managing a mix of consultations and surgical procedures
  • Mentoring colleagues and assisting with their professional growth
  • Contributing to clinical audits and team meetings
  • Building strong client relationships through clear communication

Qualifications Needed:

  • RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon or eligible to register
  • Strong experience in small animal general practice
  • Confidence in both medical and surgical case management
  • Interest in leadership and mentoring within a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
