Job Description: An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced small animal veterinarian to join a long-established practice in Sydney’s north-western suburbs with a pathway toward future ownership or partnership. This position would suit a veterinarian who is passionate about delivering high standards of patient care while also looking to take the next step toward leadership and long-term professional investment within a respected community clinic.

The hospital has built a strong reputation for personalised veterinary care and long-standing client relationships throughout the West Pennant Hills area. The successful candidate will work alongside a supportive team managing a varied companion animal caseload including medicine, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and preventative healthcare. This role offers both clinical autonomy and the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing direction and growth of the practice.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing high-quality medical and surgical care for companion animals
  • Developing trusted relationships with loyal long-term clients
  • Supporting and mentoring veterinary nurses and junior team members
  • Contributing ideas toward hospital growth and clinical standards
  • Managing a varied caseload across consultations, diagnostics, and surgery
