Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Senior GP Veterinary Surgeon to step into a full-time leadership-focused role within a busy small animal hospital environment. This position would suit a well-rounded clinician who is confident across consulting, surgery, ward work, and urgent care, while also enjoying the responsibility of helping guide and support other vets.
The role offers a varied caseload, strong diagnostic support, and the chance to work alongside a large multidisciplinary clinical team. With exposure to first opinion cases, ECC, internal referrals, and advanced clinical facilities, this is a strong opportunity for a capable GP vet ready to take the next step into a senior position.
Qualifications Needed:
- RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon with solid small animal GP experience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospital-style clinical environment
- Confident supporting junior vets, new graduates, and developing colleagues
- Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach to care
- Able to contribute positively to clinical standards, teamwork, and case progression
