Job Description: Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Veterinary Surgeon to take on a clinically focused leadership position within a welcoming small animal practice. Working closely with the Clinical Director, the successful applicant will help guide clinical standards, contribute ideas for future development and support less experienced veterinarians as they strengthen their confidence and professional judgement.
This full-time opportunity follows a four-day working week and includes participation in a weekend and bank holiday rota. Some Sunday and public holiday duties will be completed at a nearby veterinary hospital, providing access to emergency and critical-care cases alongside the practice’s varied first-opinion workload.
