Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Medical Lead Veterinarian to oversee clinical standards, support associate veterinarians, and contribute to the continued growth of a busy small animal hospital in Castle Rock. This full-time leadership opportunity combines hands-on clinical work with mentoring, operational input, and responsibility for maintaining consistently high standards of patient care.
The successful candidate will remain active in consultations, diagnostics, surgery, internal medicine, and urgent care while guiding the wider veterinary team. Working closely with the Practice Manager, the Medical Lead Veterinarian will help strengthen hospital performance, improve client service, and create a positive environment where clinicians can develop their skills and work collaboratively.
