Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Medical Director to lead a dynamic emergency-focused veterinary environment while continuing to deliver high-level clinical care during swing shifts. This role combines leadership oversight with hands-on emergency medicine, offering the opportunity to guide a skilled team, influence medical protocols, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality patient outcomes.

Working within a fast-paced setting, the successful candidate will play a key role in fostering collaboration, mentoring veterinary professionals, and maintaining operational efficiency. This position is ideal for a veterinarian who thrives in urgent care scenarios and is motivated to shape both clinical excellence and team development in a progressive environment.

Qualifications Needed:

  • DVM degree with a current and active veterinary license
  • Previous experience in emergency or critical care settings preferred
  • Strong leadership ability with experience supporting veterinary teams
  • Confidence in managing complex and time-sensitive clinical cases
  • Excellent communication skills across multidisciplinary teams

In this position, your responsibilities will include:
