Qualifications Needed:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree or an equivalent recognised qualification
- Current Colorado veterinary licence or eligibility to obtain one
- Proven ability to guide clinicians and promote consistently high medical standards
- Confident communication skills with a thoughtful and collaborative leadership style
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based companion animal care
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Set and maintain clear clinical standards across the veterinary team
- Provide medical, surgical, preventive, and urgent care for cats and dogs
- Coach veterinarians and support staff through case discussions and practical guidance
- Review clinical processes and introduce improvements that strengthen patient outcomes
