The hospital provides comprehensive care for dogs and cats, managing everything from preventive wellness visits to complex medical cases and general surgery. With access to digital radiography and a strong team of registered veterinary technicians, the Medical Director will oversee case quality, mentor associates, and maintain a positive, safety-driven environment. The position follows a full-time schedule with rotational weekend coverage.
Qualifications Needed:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent qualification
- Active California veterinary license in good standing or eligibility to obtain
- Strong experience in small animal medicine and surgery
- Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
