Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Director to lead a well-positioned small animal practice while continuing to deliver high standards of clinical care. This opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys balancing hands-on medicine with leadership responsibilities, offering the ability to shape clinical direction, mentor colleagues, and influence long-term growth.

The role provides the chance to step into a practice with strong foundations and significant potential for development. The incoming veterinarian will play a key role in guiding medical standards, supporting team performance, and helping to drive operational success, all while maintaining a collaborative and positive working environment.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding clinical protocols while maintaining consistent standards of patient care
  • Collaborating with leadership to support operational and medical decision-making

Qualifications Needed:

  • DVM or VMD degree with an active veterinary license

  • Strong communication skills with both clients and colleagues
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and professionalism
