Qualifications Needed:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree or equivalent qualification
- Active state veterinary license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Several years of small animal clinical experience
- Previous leadership, mentoring, or supervisory exposure preferred
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative leadership approach
