This role would suit an experienced veterinarian with strong leadership ability, excellent clinical standards, and the confidence to guide both medical quality and day-to-day team development.
The position offers the opportunity to combine hands-on small animal medicine with hospital leadership, mentoring, client care, and operational partnership. The successful veterinarian will help maintain a positive, safe, and productive clinical environment while supporting doctors, technicians, and the wider hospital team in delivering consistent patient care.
Qualifications Needed:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree or equivalent qualification
- Florida veterinary licence in good standing, or eligibility to obtain
- Minimum 4 years of veterinary experience
- Leadership experience within a clinical setting
- Strong communication skills with clients, doctors, technicians, and support staff
