Job Description: Our client is seeking a seasoned veterinarian to serve as Medical Director, combining hands-on small animal clinical practice with medical leadership responsibilities. The Medical Director works collaboratively with clinic operations leadership to ensure exceptional medical quality, efficient workflows, and a positive team environment. This position is ideal for a veterinarian who values coaching, communication, and building a high-performing, compassionate team.
In addition to leadership duties, the Medical Director practices as an Associate Veterinarian, reinforcing best practices and supporting excellent patient and client outcomes.
Qualifications Needed:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) with active or eligible New York licensure
- 3–5+ years of small animal clinical experience preferred
- Prior leadership or mentorship experience strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-development skills
Package:

- Salary range: $170,000 – $200,000+, depending on experience
