Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced veterinarian to take on a senior clinical leadership position combining high-quality small animal medicine with mentorship and team development. The successful candidate will remain actively involved in clinical work while helping guide associate veterinarians, strengthen medical standards, and encourage consistent, evidence-based patient care across a varied caseload that includes urgent care, internal medicine, orthopedics, diagnostics, and general practice medicine.

This opportunity is suited to a veterinarian who enjoys supporting the professional development of colleagues while contributing to clinical and operational decision-making. Qualifications Needed:

  • DVM degree with an active veterinary licence in good standing
  • Minimum of two years of practical veterinary experience

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Interest in developing leadership, operational, and practice management capabilities
