Job Description: Our client is seeking a Small Animal Medical Director Veterinarian to join a well-respected companion animal practice offering both full-time and part-time flexibility. In this position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing leadership in clinical direction and maintaining high standards of patient care

  • Contributing actively to the long-term growth and development of the practice

Qualifications Needed:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree (or equivalent qualification)  
  • Eligible for licensure to practice veterinary medicine in Canada  
  • Previous leadership experience or strong interest in a medical director pathway  
  • Commitment to progressive companion animal medicine and mentorship  
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented approach
