Job Description: Our client is seeking a Medical Director to lead clinical operations within a modern small animal practice offering both primary and urgent care services. Qualifications Needed:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
- Licensure (or eligibility) to practice in the relevant state(s)
- 3–5+ years of clinical veterinary experience preferred
- 1+ year of leadership experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage both clinical and operational responsibilities
