Job Description: Our client is seeking a Medical Director to lead clinical operations within a modern small animal practice offering both primary and urgent care services. This position is ideal for an experienced veterinarian with leadership skills who enjoys mentoring others, shaping clinical protocols, and driving overall practice performance. Qualifications Needed:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
- Licensure (or eligibility) to practice in the relevant state(s)
- 3–5+ years of clinical veterinary experience preferred
- 1+ year of leadership experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage both clinical and operational responsibilities
