The successful candidate will guide associate veterinarians through regular coaching, development planning, and case discussions while promoting consistent medical quality and regulatory compliance. With digital radiography, ultrasound, an in-house laboratory, and comprehensive pharmacy resources available, this role offers the tools required to manage a broad caseload and support progressive veterinary medicine.
