Qualifications Needed:
- Illinois veterinary licensure, or eligibility to obtain
- Minimum of four years of clinical veterinary experience
- Strong communication skills with a genuine interest in team development
- Confidence managing complex medical cases and routine surgical procedures
- Leadership capability with a commitment to consistently high clinical standards
