In this position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Coach associate veterinarians around clinical performance and individual development goals
  • Lead regular doctor meetings covering medical standards, new services and case quality
  • Maintain your own clinical caseload while modelling efficient, high-standard medicine
  • Work alongside the Practice Manager on planning, compliance and hospital performance
  • Support externship, mentorship and veterinarian development initiatives

Package:

  • Access to more than 50 hours of RACE-approved education across multiple clinical disciplines
  • Monthly production bonus with no negative accrual
  • Professional liability coverage, licence costs and professional dues paid
  • Dedicated leadership training and structured mentorship
  • Paid parental leave
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching
  • Flexible scheduling with paid time off
  • Health, dental, vision, life, accident and additional insurance options
  • Paid continuing education with dedicated development days
