Qualifications Needed:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent qualification
- Active California veterinary license in good standing or eligibility to obtain
- Strong clinical background in small animal medicine and surgery
- Experience mentoring or leading veterinary teams
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of ethical practice
