In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead clinical operations while maintaining a high standard of patient care
- Perform examinations, diagnostics, and medical treatments for companion animals

- Mentor and support veterinary team members in clinical development
- Collaborate with leadership to improve workflow, efficiency, and patient outcomes.
Qualifications Needed:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree
- Eligible for veterinary licensure in California
- Previous clinical experience with leadership or mentorship interest
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skill
