Job Description: Our client is seeking a Veterinary Medical Director to lead a busy and well-established small animal practice, combining clinical excellence with strong leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to guide a skilled team while continuing to deliver high-quality veterinary care across a varied and interesting caseload.

You will take an active role in shaping clinical standards, mentoring colleagues, and supporting the ongoing development of the hospital. Responsibilities:

  • Providing leadership and direction to the veterinary team across clinical operations

    Collaborating with leadership to drive performance and long-term growth

Qualifications Needed:

  • A DVM or equivalent qualification with eligibility to practice in New Jersey
  • Previous leadership experience or a strong desire to step into a senior role
  • Confidence in general practice with solid medical and surgical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities within a team setting
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and high clinical standards
